Having selected potential ventures for partnership, Insaan will carry out thorough due diligence on the ground with each venture.

The process will take between two weeks and one month, depending on the scope of the venture’s activities and size of the venture, and will comprise four steps:

• Assessment of strategic direction and leadership
• Assessment of operations, procedures and practices
• Assessment of return on previous investments, in particular as regards objectives
• Reporting and recommendations for funding
